Mine and my moms first time ever getting a massage and it was amazing! Everyone was super nice and polite and discreet. The whole experience was very comfortable didn't feel any type of uncomfortness at all.
Let me start by saying the massage itself was great. I did my best to relax. Janie is awesome. I was surprised how much has changed since I was last there in February of 2017. The massage room is very small now. It is directly across from the pedicure chairs in the old nail room. I first thought the spa music was a little loud, but I liked it. I quickly realized why the music was so loud, I could hear them cutting toe nails while getting my massage. It was a distraction to say the least. I had three gift cards I had been saving to get the massage. Time sure does fly, as two of them had expired after one year. They wouldn’t accept the two expired gift cards... No exceptions after one month of the expiration month. I do not plan to return. If I receive gift cards, I will regift them or use them to get product.
