My regular stylist was sick, so they offered me a new appointment or a cut with a stylist who was available. This has happened maybe once or twice before. Each time I chose to have my haircut by an available stylist and I was glad that I did because I am pleased by the results. No matter who cuts my hair at Mane A, I look great!
