Wish I could give more than five stars!! This salon is AMAZING. I go to Crystal, my mom sees Makayla and my husband sees everyone (that’s not as bad as it sounds). But it took me years to find a stylist who listens to what I want, who takes the time to find the style that frames my face best, and who engages with me and my family on a personal level as well professional (she even knows the name of my dog). They don’t attempt to upsell, the prices are reasonable, they make a point of greeting me the second I walk in, and always offer me a cup of coffee. The salon itself is beautiful and clean and everyone is so friendly. I have been coming here for years and realize people tend to immediately leave negative reviews, but so often we forget to remember and celebrate the positive experiences as well and I’ve never had anything but positive experiences here—and it helps that I always leave here feeling gorgeous. 🩷💜❤️ 💙

From the moment I walk in, the front desk team always greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel welcomed. They’re always efficient and helpful, making check-ins and scheduling appointments a breeze. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail is incredible. Crystal takes the time to understand exactly what I'm looking for and offers expert advice. Whether it’s a trim, color, or a completely new look, I always leave feeling more confident and happy with my hair.

Had an amazing appointment with Crystal B today! She turned a bad self at home box color into a salon quality color with making my hair more healthy and made the color look more natural! Will definitely be back! Only con I have is you can’t tip on your credit card, only cash or Venmo for almost all the stylists

Taylor Brooks and Johns Creek has been the salon I have used almost since they opened years ago. They are consistently professional and fun! Crystal is the hairdresser here who helps me look and feel younger!

I have been going to Taylor Brooks salon for quite few years now and my hair always looks fabulous. Michelle does my color. She is extremely talented, very professional, kind and a pleasure to be around. She knows hair and I am always confident that when I leave the salon, I am at my best. Her customer service is above and beyond and honestly she is the reason I go to Taylor Brooks. On the other hand; My complaint would be about the front desk. Don’t get me wrong, they book my appointments but every time I call they make me feel like they are doing me a favor. Even when I am paying for the service on the checkout, they are very unwelcoming as they never smile as if they have something against you. I am good around people but this is becoming annoying, unprofessional and unkind. I take customer service seriously and they definitely do not belong at the front end of such a nice place.
